FTP not working

i have a free host at http://robust.x10.mx
I have installed a wordpress at http://robust.x10.mx/mfg/
Now my FTP stoped working,
not of my hosting http://robust.x10.mx/mfg/ and http://robust.x10.mx/ is showing on the browser ..
Is the server down?

Boru was experiencing some issues earlier today, but should be working now. I am able to view your website, can you confirm that your site and FTP is working?
