    Tell whoever bought it to change the settings at the registrar - it's only locked with regards to x10hosting. Under a permanent suspension, we are unable to modify anything on your account, which includes the domain.


    TOS breakers will be suspended regardless of race, creed, national origin, hair color, or favorite food. Thanks for your understanding!
