The X also serves as my digital signature verifying that I have proper authorization to request account deletion of the account specified.

This is a Perl thing. Your main site stipulates that the free hosting includes Perl -
I need it and unfortunately you aren't currently offering it.

That cPanel username doesn't match the one on your account. Please reply with the correct username. cPanel usernames are 8 characters or less alphanumeric.
