Go read section 8 of the terms of service you agreed to. Specificially, the part where you forfeit all rights to any and all files and databases on the account when you get permanently suspended.
Also check the first line of section 6.
Again, this is a permanent suspension. We are under -no- obligation to provide any access or backups, and you have already forfeited your rights to those files.
TOS breakers will be suspended regardless of race, creed, national origin, hair color, or favorite food. Thanks for your understanding!
