When I type at my browser 'www.levehetzaailand.nl', I get 'http://www.levehetzaailand.nl/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi'.
When I type 'www.levehetzaailand.elementfx.com', I get my desired webpage.

I redirected www.levehetzaailand.nl to www.levehetzaailand.elementfx.com in a cname record.
nslookup gives

I know this question has been asked to you many times, but I could not find the right answer amongst them.

In order to get the domain levehetzaailand.nl to work, you need to add it in someway in your account. Parked or addon domain would be needed if you want to be able to use your elementfx.com domain in any way shape or form in addition to that domain.

Thank you very much for your response.
It works now! Key thing was the A-record to the IP-address of the server.

I now use a parked domain. cPanel says that I am now using a parked domain, but in the overall page the system puts after Parked Domain "None".
