SQL username, hostname, and pass?

Hello,
I am trying to connect to a DB here with a different host so i wont have to transfer the files, but i want to move the DB to here.
Can i get the following:
DB server hostname
DB server username and pass for my sql acct.

hostname: localhost
username and password: Go to the MySQL Database Wizard in cPanel to make one

And just as a note, you cannot connect to the databases here from a remote server. If you want to move content from a different host here, you'll probably want to use the export/import feature in phpMyAdmin

I moved the DB already, but i cant move the content of that site to this one.
I ether want to move that content here (From 000 Web Host free to here for free) or connect remotely. Note that i want to keep this free....

Does the other host have cPanel/PHPMyAdmin? If so, you can just get a SQL dump of the contents of the database and use that.
