every few minutes my website goes down then it comes back up again i have multiple customers complaining to me about this how am i supposed to consider switching to your paid services when the free ones dont even work properly i would greatly appreciate some help with this matter.

free hosting servers are generally under heavy loads but paid hosting aren't.

Your website now loads very fast (well, redirects to the suspended page very fast) since I see that you're showing full-length copyrighted movies (and seemingly also offering them for download) on your website. This is a permanent suspension and under sections 6 and 8 of our Terms of Service, all rights to your account is forfeit, including access to whatever backups x10Hosting may have kept.
