I've been gone for some time, but now I'm back. I tried performing a test script in my cgi-bin and it's returning a:

The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable.
Please try again later.

I'm guessing that either /usr/bin/perl is not the right path, or something is not working right. Also, it seems Postgres is no longer available

Unfortunately, its users abuse the main reason most of those features are gone, at least for now, in the free hosting service.

What you are looking for is offered in the "ILLUMINATED" plan, not expensive at all. Check out the PLAN COMPARISON.

It's a temporary thing that has to do both with user abuse as well as the current server setup. While the current plan is that it'll eventually get re-enabled, there is no ETA when. As gomarc stated, you can upgrade to Illuminated or Premium to get the features now, or you could wait a while for it to get enabled again
