Hosting Account does not exist?

I read the news but I didn't fully understand what it meant.It says that I don't have a hosting account I am guessing this is related to the news can someone explain and possibly give me access to my hosting account?

You see I am working on a site with a team and one of the team members leaked the URL and so I need to disable access.

There's no hosting account linked with the forum account you are posting from right now.

If you tell us what cPanel username you have/had we can check what has happened with the account.

Note that if it was suspended, and remained suspended for more then 14 days, it may have been terminated as being inactive.

I don't remember, if my account was terminated the web site wouldn't still be up.I think in the notifications I got a suspension but I dont know why because I just had another staff memeber delete my old suspended account and make a new one.

edit ok so on the 18th I got suspended (for no reason)

the warning before that on the 10th says I have been inactive for 87 days when I clearly haven't.

rajjak10968 is the username on that domain name. Log in here with that name instead. The account is active with no suspension.

I logged into that account but it wouldn't let me post on this thread.All I need is cpanel access.

All support must be requested from the proper forum account, as that makes it a whole lot easier for us to provide proper support. What error do you get when trying to log in to cPanel, and on what address are you trying to log in?

If you log in to the account panel at https://x10hosting.com/control with the email address attached to that account, you'll see all needed details for that account, including your cPanel username, you also have the option to reset the password if needed.
Or if you don't remember the password for that account at all, you can use the forgot password link at the log in page for the account panel.

Yes, you will get that if you login with the account you are currently using. YOu need to login with the account attached to your hosting account, which is the forum account: rajjak10968

The email you need to use for account panel is an gmail address.

I had two accounts with two similar emails *facepalm* it turns out I haven't lost anything I am deeply sorry for wasting your time.
