I requested to change main domain but it is showing in process for the last five hours,please help

I'll ask another admin with a different level of access to check the system queue, normally it should not take that long, most cases it is rather instant (within ~20 minutes).

If the queue is held up or very large, there may be delayed response times for such actions.
