Phpini
Where can i find the phpini file i have to change the settings in there and when i run the phpinfo() command it tells me that the file is in a directory like so "/usr/local/lib/php.ini " where can i find that file i really need to change those settings so if you can please allow me to view that file...

You can not change the php.ini for a shared hosting account, it is a server wide configuration.
What would you need changed and why?

You should be able to do that within your scripts.
Edit: It doesn't matter now that you're permanently suspended.
