    You did. I am x10hosting's Abuse Compliance Officer; when there's major complaints about abuse, I'm the one who handles them. You'll note I'm also the one who suspended your account - that's because it was found to be in violation of the TOS.

    Your access to the ticket system has been permanently revoked. Enjoy the vacation.
