i have a email problem with my account/website

every time i try to send a email to my friend with my website email, ( he has a website email ) it wont go though

Message not sent. Server replied:

Connection timed out
110 Can't open SMTP stream

can you fix this please so i can send emails though my website email again

Hi,
Is it not connecting to the smtp host?
Please chekc if you correctly configure the application?
Here is where you check.
cPanel > Email Accounts > Configure Email Client

Also check if you can send the email to any gmail.com or yahoo account and revert back.

it will recieve emails but wont send. not even to hotmail, gmail, aol, yahoo, etc.

i tryed the configure setting but it didn'twork

i still need help cause we do have to send emails out
