Incorrect suspension.

I saw that my site was suspended for uncensored content (porn) but this is a mistake because there is nothing like this in my website. I write articles about latest movies, singers, games and software and I also support small video portal which has about 200 videos from YouTube. That's all.

The suspension was manual, meaning a staff member must have had seen some inappropriate content to initiate the suspension. There is little margin for error. If you are 100% sure that there was nothing like this on your site, and bearing in mind that wasting our time will only make it worse, we could investigate further.

I am absolutely sure that my site is innocent. Well, some videos have beautiful girls in swimwear, but this is not porn and I have no responsibility about music videos content. Vevo approved these clips.

Re-review complete on the part I can get to without unsuspending you, and there's 2 parts we need to cover.

1) I was unable to locate any pornography, BUT
2) I -was- able to find several mp3's buried in with the images which are currently violating the TOS. Section 1 indicates copyrighted mp3's cannot be stored on your webspace in any way, shape, or form, and you've got them in there for at least two bands.


As such, the reason has been updated, but it will remain a permanent suspension.

Is there any way to unsuspend my account? There are some songs of Three Days Grace and Evanescence. I added them before creating the video database and I don't know why I left them after that. Now I know that I had to delete them before. Well, if no other way I understand.

Ok. Can I create another account which I will connect with this forum account and start again? The files are not problem for me. I have copies of all of them in my computer and I can restore everything except the videos and some articles which I forgot to save. Well, thanks anyway.

Users are only allowed to have one free hosting account so you will have to wait until your current free hosting account is deleted by the system. That will take a minimum of 14 days. Could be longer.
