Request site lock

I'd like to request the site linked to this forum account to be locked. I was hacked by someone and they have changed the email of the account. I can give the IP the account was changed on and can give the full address associated with the site upon request.

what do you mean by site lock? Do you want to delete your hosting account?

I have temporarily suspended the account per request of OP until this gets sorted out.

BTW: Don't escalate the ticket please, I can't get into the account panel at all so I can't see the ticket after.
