Also there is another problem. My main account with username "ies" and login "info@impression-estudio.gr" has not a hosting account. Can you enable it?

You forgot to include your cPanel username part of the form. Please resubmit the form filled out completely.

As for your other problem, there is no account with username ies. If it's a new account, you'll need to login with the forum username that belongs to it in order to get help for it.
