Recent suspension.

I got suspended for 'distribution of illegally modified runescape private server files'.... If you/I remove this from my forums then unsuspend me then it will be greatly appreciated, otherwise can you tell me when the suspension will be lifed? If not please tell me, and also how to delete this x10 account.

Distribution of illegally modified files, would actually be illegal, they do violate copyright laws.

As such we can not lift the suspension at all, it is permanent, as we have Zero Tolerance for this kinds of ToS violations.

How do I delete my account? & how can I take a backup of my forums which can be uploaded elsewhere?

For deleting the account, it will erase itself after a minimum of 14 days have passed, and cannot be expedited.

Section 6 and Section 8 of the TOS indicate backups are your responsibility, and once suspended for a contravention of the TOS all rights to any files/databases are forfeited by the account holder (you). In short, if you didn't have backups before, there's nothing that can be done.
