Can't see new account

I can't see my new account, even though I've gone through the entire setup process and received my notifications indicating that everything is ready. I get a "website specified does not exist" when I try to go to the domain name: splat.x10.mx.

I've successfully FTPed two files to the server; their names are index.html and resume.shtml. If the account is not active, I would have expected the FTPs to fail. But I can't see the web pages either.

What's going on and what do I need to do to get this working?

1. TOS says you are allowed only one Free Hosting Account.

2. Clear your browser cache and history. Your site attached to your other Forum name comes up for me.
