I have created a second hosting account, buckshag, inadvertently violating the Terms of Service. Could you please delete this new account but PLEASE do NOT delete my first account. Here is the form you require:

You will need to log into the forum account attached to that hosting account in order to have it deleted (by opening another thread with that info filled out, except from the correct forum account).
