I can't log into Cpanel

Can you be more specific about the difficulty you are experiencing?
Are you getting a password error? Username error? Both? Something else?

I login to x10hosting.com and click "login to CPanel", but it can't login and my user name and passwod don't seem to work.

Hello,

I did check on your account and it seemed to be partially suspended, likely your last suspension wasn't cleared properly.
Could you please try resetting your password through the account panel if it still doesn't work for you?

tried, but it never completed. Also I have to login x10hosting with my email address instead of my account user name it just seems weird.

Yeah, account panel was changed to only accept the email as username a while back.

I'll reset your cPanel password manually, it is strongly recommended that you do a password update once I done so, if you chose not to do that, you will NOT be able to use the login to cPanel button in the account panel (you'd be taken to login page but the automated attempt will return a "login fail" error).

I've sent you an email to the address on file with the new, temporary, cPanel password.
