Cannot Access x10Hosting Account Panel : Error Code 0F3CB740

Hi, i just registered today, and clicked on the link in my email to activate my account, but i constantly keep getting : "An error occurred attempting to process your request. Please try again momentarily. (Error Code 0F3CB740)" when i attempt to login. Can someone help? :/ ive tried all of the other solutions, nothing worked.
