Move addon domainname

i did not login to my x10 hosting account for a period of time. now i have not hosting account for user inactivity. i open a new hosting account but i can't add the same addondomain i had on the old hosting account. i get an error that the domain is already park under other user
help please

Following your PM with the domains I'll escalate this ticket.

cubadebate.net and cubaforo.com

I can't find them in our system, so the termination must have left some "remnants".
