Those points are assuming you are running a media server; we don't have a publishing point as we don't run a streaming media service, so you'd have to find a third party provider for that part.

I would suggest uploading your videos to YouTube, then using YouTube's embedding services.

Have you done any searching for one online yet? The best that I can do to recommend is to buy a VPS.
