can i have my site unsuspended?

I didn't know the script i uploaded was nulled, i don't even know what nulled means. Can some please unsuspend the site so i can take out the script?

Nulled means you downloaded a warez copy of software. I've already checked the logs, and it's hard to swallow the "I didn't know" argument. It's tagged by the release group who nulled it, and their own information file indicates this as such.

In any case, Warez is a permanent suspension that cannot be revoked for any reason.

I really had no idea, all i was simply trying to do was get a zipped copy of that chat script so my members could use a more professional chatroom script on my forum website, i never new what nulled meant and never bothered to look up what i meant. I simply just want to remove it now and keep what i have. Can this be done?

I take it you Googled for the chat script. Saw it cost $X . Found a place that gave it to you free.

Next time, if you want something that costs money, pay for it.

The script is free i just downloaded a .rar version of the script that i didn't have the downloaded software to open it and extract it and make it a zip to upload, so i searched google to see if the files were already in zipped form so i could download without further issue, no harm was intended by my actions.

well can i atleast have access to the files so i can download them and keep them, i just started this forum site and just purchased a domain today for it, and i have members wondering whats going on as we speak so can i have access for like 10 min so i can download my files and my database and take it to a new host?

Section 8 of the terms of service:

If an account is suspended for a breach of the terms outlined above the account holder will immediately forfeit all rights to the account in question including access to any and all files and\or databases located within the account. x10Hosting is under no obligation to provide backups in full or partial to an account holder that has been suspended.

If I seem like I'm being a jerk I apologize, but the first hint that the script wasn't legitimate should've been that the homepage for that script doesn't even load. Hard to say it came from the original developers when their own page won't load.

Thats cause its an open source script GPL, and just because there site is down doesn't mean the script isn't featured on download site like softpedia and other sites like hotscripts. All i was doing was trying to get a real chatroom script free of charge, i read on another forum that, that script was free and had good features. I have xat chatroom script on my site that all my members didn't like, all i was doing was trying to test new chatrooms out to see what they had, there was zero harm i was intending. I really didn't know much about the script itself other then it was free, also yes i did try and get it from there website but when i got there, there was simply a white screen, so i looked around to see if they had it featured any place else, and then i found one on google that had the files in zipped format, so i decided to download, but i didn't know that they didn't post it up there as that, and honestly didn't know that the files haven't been produced by them. I am a new coder, i never went to school for any of this so things are new to me. I do this for a hobbie.

the fact that it has a file STATING that it's nulled rules out the fact of Open Source GPL.
