I havnt violated any file hosting rules of x10 Free hosting service..!! I havent uploaded any Adult file or any Pirated File.. You can Check that too, Then also i got suspended..!! so Plzz help me fr tht to get unsuspended..!! i hv done hardwork to setup tis Site..!! so plzz do needful to me..!! Thanx..!!

* File Storage: Accounts are not to be used for file storage, your account will be permenantly suspended if found to be breaking this rule. Downloads are only allowed on your x10Hosting account if they have to do directly with your website. e.g. you developed custom software and are selling it or giving it away. Accounts may not be used for mirrors, game file hosting, or any other type of file hosting not specified here.

Its a permanent suspension so can not be lifted.

But hows tht Possible...i m ot getting i havnt violated any of Terms Of Services then also i got suspended ..!! plz help me...its a good site..!! n i hv done hardwrk on tht..!! plzzz plzz help me..!!

bt i hv provided downloading facility direct from this x10 site no other links, no pirated files n No adult files r provided to tht site..!! as per the rules "Downloads are only allowed on your x10Hosting account if they have to do directly with your website" so i hvnt violated tis rule too..!! so plzz help me out..!! To quote the TOS again,

* Illegal Material: This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State, or Local regulation. You may not store copyrighted Mp3s or videos on your webspace in any way shape or form.
* Personal Image\Video Galleries: Personal galleries are limited to 1GB of disk space for images and videos.

The folder in question is 1.7gb in size; that's about 700mb over the limit, and you're violating copyright with quite a few of these.

ok thanx for support..!! i got the point now..!! i havnt used copyright material for sure..!! Then also u found so then its okay..!!

bt then plzz mention properly tht x10 Free hosting community got tht much of rules n regulations tht noone can host a good bizness site ..!!

i mean i havnt used copyright OR adult material in site..!! then also u banned me...thts too good..!! n plzz do one thing .. remove tht tag line of x10hosting (Free unmetered space for hosting) ...i hv done hardwork of last 3months..!! n its gone in a glance whr no logical reason is thr to ban ..!! bt its okay...!! u rule..!! thanx for the support..!!

It's in the terms of service that you had to read and mark the box that says "I agree to the x10hosting Terms of Service" where Terms of Service is a link to the terms you're agreeing to. If you didn't read them at that time, you shouldn'tve marked the box.

Unmetered space -is- unmetered, if you can stay within the terms, which you did not, which is why you were suspended.
