I'm not quite sure what you mean, but we do enforce our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy(ies) actively. Provided you do not violate either of those, your account will not be suspended.

That person violated the Terms of Service. Hence their suspension. Provided you stay within the rules you will never need to deal with issues like that. Most of the free server run on uptime in the high 90% range, and premium has a 99.9% uptime SLA.

Yes.
As I said, that person is disgruntled because their account was closed when they violated our Terms. Had they done that they would still be here.
