Language requirement clarification

OK, so the TOS says that the free sites must be in English, French or Spanish. So my question is...

If I create my site in English as default, but let's say I also allow visitors to pick a different language that's not one of those three, is that OK or not?

As long as every page in "another language" has a full translation into one of the three approved languages on your site. Putting a link to Google Translate does not qualify.

I just installed Pestashop from the scripts. Now I just wanted to try adding a bunch of different language packs to it and see what it's like.
