Unable to send e-mail via Webmail

Hi all,

I've decided to start using the webmail provided as I require a more professional-looking e-mail account instead of the *ahem* personal one. I log into the Hosting Account Management page just fine (where it shows stats about your site etc), and then I click on the "Log into Webmail" button. I get a new page loaded that says, "You are logged in as XYZ" and then click on the "Read Mail Using SquirrelMail" link. I then click on "Compose", type in my personal e-mail address in the "To:" box, write a random subject and message, and press send. However after about 20 seconds, I get this message:

Message not sent. Server replied:
Connection timed out
110 Can't open SMTP stream.

Is there something up with that server that it's failing to handle messages? Or is there something that I can personally fix myself?

Squirrelmail ( x10's default email webclient ) is currently not functioning properly. I would recommend either installing roundcube ( http://roundcube.net/ ) into your account with the proper security measures (I.e. password protection), or using a third party client, such as Microsoft Outlook ( http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/ ) or Windows Live Mail ( http://explore.live.com/windows-live-mail?os=other )

Oh right okay, yeah I've decided to implement it into WLM soon after and it works fine. Thanks for the update though!
