    Can you better explain what your problem is? What exactly is wrong with the domain? Do you get any errors? If so, what do the errors say?

    ADD: And can you post your domain for those of us who cant see it in the backend?

    The Admins received a complaint that you were using spam methods to advertise your site. That reflects poorly on all the other users and x10hosting as a host. That is why domains get blacklisted by email providers and Google and Facebook.
    Nothing is always absolutely so.
