bought domain name now what?

I'm new to this so bare with me here.. I bought a domain name from Register.com and now I want my website here on X10hosting to have the domain name i bought. I checked through the forums and found that someone said to change my DNS on the registrar site to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com i did this. Now i come back to the x10hosting site and what do i have to change here?

You'd need to add the domain to your account. There's three ways to do that, parked domain (which would be an alias of your main domain), addon domain (separate site) or set it as main domain (it will then be the ONLY domain to work for your account, caution with this one though as scripts configured for a specific domain can be troublesome to sort out after the change).
