    Unsuspend account

    Is it possible to unsuspend my account - basil60.x10hosting.com

    I believe if it was for inactivity - has it now disappeared forever?

    The domain you specified ( http://basil60.x10hosting.com ) does not exist. This means that, if this was the correct domain, the account was deleted.

    Nothing is showing up in a search for that domain name. If it was suspended for inactivity and not resolved for over 14 days, then it was deleted. When was the last time you saw your site online and what was your cPanel username so that we can verify that?
