I have been asked for an explanation as to the many empty wordpress blogs I have up.
I am developing a new wordpress plugin and wish to have several environments in which to test it.
If this will be a problem let me know so I can move elsewhere and get back to my testing as it has halted my schedule.

Regardless of whether your site is unsuspended or not, if you're doing development it's far easier to use your own computer as a development computer. Install something like XAMPP, WampServer (for Windows) or MAMP (for OS X). You'll have greater control and access, and can install useful plugins such as Xdebug.

I have removed the suspension, the reason provided's enough of an explanation for me

Should I fear further suspensions for the same reason?...or could you put a sticker by them noting the reason for their status for any other mod who was unaware of the situ and happened upon them in the same manner?
I guess this is noted now anyway to prevent that?

Shouldn't need it, it was actually reported to me for closer investigation for possible "providing webhosting services." I'm in the process of letting the people who originally forwarded it know it's all clear so they don't bug me with it twice :P
