Slow website

Hi, my site is http://rockstargamesfans.co.cc (Parked domain, original is spidervv.x10.mx) and I recently upgraded to the latest forum solution for my community. Happens that the website is very slow responding, before the upgrade it was but now it seems to be more to the point pages can take a significant number of seconds to load. Is this a limitation on the free servers or is there any problem? Thanks!

Both domains I can see on your account are loading in under 5 seconds for me. The only restriction on free hosting in terms of speed is free hosting itself. The speed and load of the servers is very dynamic, and due to the large number of accounts on free hosting can often become loaded at peak times. I'd suggest an upgrade to premium where there are significantly fewer accounts per server resulting in a greater distribution of resources per account.
