Its a permanent suspension.At this time x10Hosting only supports English, Spanish and French websites on free hosting, these restrictions do not apply to paid hosting. Sites found breaking this rule will be permanently suspended.

Actually, this is not necessarily a permanent suspension.
As stated in the suspension reason you have 48 hours to place a word for word easy to find translation into one of the supported languages of English, French, or Spanish. Google Translate is not acceptable for this purpose. If you agree to make a proper translation your account can be unsuspended.
You also have the option of upgrading to Premium Service which does not have this restriction.
