Can you describe what is appearing in your browser when you attempt to connect to your website? Errors, blank pages, etc?
Are you able to connect to your cPanel ( https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083 )?

when i try to connect to my cpanel i get this:

The connection has timed out

The server at boru.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond.

i have been trying since this morning :/

It seems that there may be a problem with your ISP and/or internet connection. While I do not think this will work in your case, please try flushing your DNS. If that still does not work, then check back in 24 hours to see if it works. If it still does not work in 24 hours, post a reply here so that we can figure out some other troubleshooting steps.

EDIT: Also, what country do you live in (just out of curiosity), as this may be an issue with our firewall blocking your IP.

Well thank you for your support,i appreciate that ,i cleared the dns,but still not working,may be you are right there may be somthing wrong with my isp cause i found out that every website that end up with x10.mx is not loading, its giving The connection has timed out... can you help me on how i can solve this problem? i am from mauritius,have you ever heard about this country?
