Hosting account suspended

Hello! I made ​​a mistake for which I have suspended the account. From my ftp program (FileZilla) I was transferring an image hosting script to another host (or so I thought). Seeing that there was error, I look to see if I transfer the script well, and I see that I was transferring the script to my x10 account. If you can delete the script and give me another chance ... Unfortunately, file hosting websites are against our Terms of Service, whether your meant to upload it to x10 or not. This is a zero-tolerance suspension, and you will not be granted any access to your account, nor will you get any backups of any data you have on your sites or in your databases, as per section 8 of the ToS.

Ok thanks, now I have 3 accounts suspended... this hosting is very severe. The other suspenses are because I don't remember the terms of service.
Others hostings are better because they give you another chance; in this hosting, no.
Now I have my forum and other archives losts.

I'm very sorry you feel that way - however I would like to point out that we are better because we have strict policies like this. Other hosts don't suspend for most of the things we do, and as a result have a great number of people who abuse their service - and they let them. We also have people who abuse our service, but we have scanners and various other things in place to counter the abuse - and suspend people for doing things against our Terms of Service.

ferninio_wapo92: Did you have anything else on your site besides the image hoster? If you had a forum or anything like that, I am able to unsuspend you and you can have your account back.
