SQL Error

Everytime my minecraft server attempts to the connect to my MySQL database, I get the following error:
"MySQ connection failed: com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.CommunicationsExce ption: Communications link failure

The last packet sent successfully to the server was 0 milliseconds ago. The driver has not received any packets from the server."

It worked fine for a while, and now throws up that error everytime. The same thing happened with my last host, and they had to change some of the database settings to allow it to work.

Remote access to the MySQL servers is not allowed on the free hosting accounts. No exceptions.

You can only access the MySQL from a script on your account.
