I have created the free web hosting service, I have uploaded an index.html document into the public folder on my web hosting cpanel management. I have also altered the namehosting servers to ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2.x10hosting.com with my personal domain management for my personal website. However, the test index file still does not show up and my browser says there is no website with that name. (phorum.com.au)

A while back, I have confirmed that they have been updated with a whois service. Is there anything I'm doing wrong?

An attempt to look up the DNS records for the domain you supplied ( phorum.com.au ) gave me this:
