My site (fm.habindustry.com) won't let me login to cPanel, if it loads, it comes up blank (file manager) and the cPanel section just doesn't load.

habindustry.com is not a domain listed in your hosting account. It also doesn't appear to be pointed at x10hosting's nameservers. That could be why trying to login to that domain's cPanel isn't working. If you have that domain pointed in some way to x10hosting's servers that I can't see, then the next step would be to choose one out of three options: 1. change your main domain to habindustry.com or 2. add habindustry.com as an addon domain or 3. park habindustry.com as a parked domain.


EDIT: I just figured it out. I visited your domain and it redirected to your forums that are a separate hosting account. Due to privacy reasons, I can't give out much information about that account since you are using the wrong forum username to ask for support.

No, no, no. You don't understand. FM.HabIndustry.com is a cloaked version of the site "http://lukerockz.x10.mx", and when I try to go to the cPanel by logging in with my email address and pass, the first page loads with all my info, then when I click the "go to cPanel" button, it doesn't load.

Okay. I understand now. There's a way to get to the cPanel login page by using the domain name that you say points to your account, and I assumed that's how you were trying to get there which would explain why it doesn't work. Due to this not being the case, try this: click on either of these urls and then try logging in with your cPanel username and password. https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082 or https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083

Thanks for your help, but it's probably just my internet. I'll use an FTP instead.

Please do let us know if that still doesn't work, even with ftp. It's not fair to you that you can't login to your hosting account.
