I tried logging on to my website, but the page wouldn't load. Neither can i access my cpanel. What could be the problem. Seems the website does not open from some specific IPs.. because it opens easily from my friends computer who uses an IP different from mine.

your host may be blocking the server IP or if you have a dynamic IP, the ISP may have given your IP incorrect settings although it'd be worth waiting for someone to follow up who has access to the server firewall.
