wont let me sine up for hosting

I am trying to sign back up for a hosting acount, but it says im going thrue a proxsy or trying to signe up for multaple acounts. I don't think im going thrue a proxsy and im not trying to sine up for more then one acount.

Not a clue why, all help aprishated.(I use a linux computer btw).

your ISP is probably re-routing you through a proxy to speed things up, unfortunately, we cannot do anything about this. You may want to contact your ISP to see if there is anything they can do.
