a) Permanently : only if that hosting account goes in any way against ToS which can be but not limited to spamming mail sending,using proxy or/and nulled script,using languages other than allowed,using copyright content etc.,
b) temporarily : if High Resources are used by files/scripts in the account,if not logged into the forums for more than a month etc.,

Hence if you follow ToS and abide by all rules set, you need not fear suspension.
