Sql problem

i m running a install script on go-sdga.co.cc.... the script i run is a basic login script ... it is send error logging into database or host.... i created and deleted several databases. but it is errored by bring up the host is not responding. i even done it manually. it doesnt work....

Did you create the database user and add it to the database with all of the necessary permissions?
