suspension by surprise

I'm hosting a virtual course using moodle in their hosting and install a plug (the questionaire) surprise me indicate that the account is suspended for excessive use of the database.
I think before I lose all my work, should have been a notice indicating that it was near the limit, or what actions could run and which not.
I ask if it is possible some form of "undo" to return to the situation prior to installing the module "questionaire" and recover my work.

Hello,

I have unsuspended your account. You may wish to search for a different moodle plug-in that isn't so hard on the mysql database, but otherwise your reason is in my mind valid.
