URL forwarding using co.cc - is it displaying the correct address?

I have set up a site over the past 2 days with a co.cc domain and x10hosting. Things seem to be ok for now.
I actually set URL forwarding in co.cc to - frame: URL hiding (hide real address, display co.cc address).
My address that works now is the domain name without the co.cc and followed by .elementfx.com (cool it works)
However I thought that I had set the name followed by co.cc (without elementfx.com - making the address shorter). Is this something that x10hosting does not approve of or do I have things set up wrong?
    Thanks.

    Hello,

To do this, first change co.cc's settings to actually be the domain of the site by setting the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com
Then, log into your account panel with your email address and password and change your main domain to the co.cc domain

See our wiki for more details, and post back here if you have any questions.

Please note that by doing this, you will NOT be able to access your site via yourdomain.elementfx.com anymore. If you want to be able to access your site by both domains, add the co.cc as a parked domain in cPanel instead of changing your main domain.

Thanks again Skizzerz - that worked and was more of a simple process than I first thought.
I am learning now and starting to understand the site and the processes thanks to you and the repliers to my posts here.
    Thank you very much
