    Hello.

    Please be more specific. What do you mean by themes?

    Instructions vary depending on what CMS you're using, if at all. If you're just building a plain HTML website, try http://www.freecsstemplates.org

    Simply download the zip files and upload it onto your account into the public_html folder and edit the files.

    If you prefer using a CMS like WordPress or Drupal, please specify which one so we can provide more specific instructions.
