Well i was using vbulletin forums with my friend gave me the download link and he said its a great forum and its free so i watched a youtube video telling me how to install it because its my first website ever and when i did it said data error and so i went to my emails and i had 100 emails of your account has been Suspended and that is why i am making this

vBulletin is not free software, any version obtained for free is more then likely to be illegally modified. Always look up your scripts before you upload them, a simple websearch would have directed you to their homepage; https://www.vbulletin.com/
The suspension of your account is permanent, nulled scripts are not only violating our ToS (warez section), they are also violating copyright laws.
