MyBB Installation Problem

So I uploaded MyBB to the cPanel and extracted it to public_html.

Made the new folder called forum and CHMODed the files. then put Install in the forum folder. but when go to my url /forum/install it does'nt prompt me to install myBB or anything.

I feel like I'm doing this wrong but have'nt come up with anything via google.

Any help?

Hello.

In the folder called Upload, this is the folder you are supposed to upload to your account. Move all the files in the folder at /forum/Upload directly into /forum/.
