Hi i cant acces my site via ftp. is ftp working just now

Hello,

FTP is up-and-running on all servers, you should be using the following details to connect:
Hostname: your website
Port: 21
Mode: Passive
Security: Either unsecured or explicit SSL/TLS (explicit seems to be a hit-or-miss thing, seems it gets fixed but then breaks again shortly afterwards due to the firewall)
Username: Same as your cPanel username, or one of the FTP users you created via cPanel
Password: Same as your cPanel password, or the password for the FTP user you created

If you can't connect using the username/password of an account you created in cPanel, try with your normal cPanel username/password instead.
