Is my account suspened

I have just spent the weekend working on my site and now I have been locked out of everything or so it appears that way. I was in the middle of editing my index.php when it shut down. I cannot log in to my ftp, account, or cpanel. Can you please help me with this. If I my account has been suspended please explain to me why. I have logged into the forum.
